Branding Agency That Makes Your Business Unforgettable

A brand is not your logo. It is the feeling people have about your business before they decide whether to trust it. Tkist Digital branding services build the complete visual system: every color, typeface, spacing decision, and image direction that either earns that trust instantly or quietly erodes it. Our branding agency designs for the long term, not the portfolio screenshot.

The Challenge

How an inconsistent brand quietly drives up what it costs you to win a customer

Businesses with scattered branding pay more to land the same customer. When your website, social presence, email design, and printed materials all look like they belong to different companies, trust takes longer to build and prospects need more touchpoints before converting. A strong, consistent brand earns trust faster, shortening sales cycles and lowering the cost of every lead.

In our experience, brand inconsistency rarely comes down to bad taste, it comes from never having a proper brand guidelines document. Designers guess. Marketers improvise. The brand drifts. Fixing it takes a real system, not just a fresh coat of visual polish.

Inside Your Brand System

Everything that ships as part of your brand identity

A logo is just one piece. A full brand system gives any designer, team member, or contractor what they need to produce on-brand work without guesswork.

Logo and Wordmark System

One recognisable mark that holds up everywhere, from a 16px favicon to a 10-metre exhibition banner. Not a single logo, but a full logo family.

Primary logo, horizontal and stacked versions, wordmark only, icon/monogram mark, dark and light variants, and reversed versions. Delivered in AI, SVG, EPS, PNG, and PDF.

Color System

A primary and secondary palette with exact values across every medium, digital hex, RGB, print CMYK, and Pantone, so any designer on any tool produces the same colours every time.

Named colour palette with hex, RGB, CMYK, and Pantone values. Usage rules for primary, secondary, and neutral tones. Accessibility contrast ratios documented.

Typography Scale

Brand-owned typefaces with a consistent hierarchy applied across digital and print, preventing the visual drift that comes from different designers picking different fonts.

Primary and secondary font selection or a custom type pairing. Heading, subheading, body, and caption size scales for web and print. Font licensing handled for you.

Brand Guidelines Document

The reference manual that makes brand consistency possible for anyone touching your brand, internal staff, contractors, agencies, or suppliers, without needing to ask what looks right.

PDF brand guidelines covering logo usage, colour, typography, photography direction, tone of voice, spacing rules, and misuse examples. Delivered print-ready and web-optimised.

Pitch Deck and Business Templates

Your brand applied to the documents investors, clients, and partners see first, built to signal the same quality and professionalism as the rest of your identity.

Branded slide deck template, proposal template, email signature, and Word or Google Docs templates, ready to use without needing a designer.

Social Media and Digital Templates

Editable templates that let your team produce on-brand social posts, email headers, and digital ads without a designer, while keeping everything visually consistent.

Canva or Figma template set for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, email header, and standard ad sizes, annotated for the team to use independently.

By The Numbers

Five ways a weak or inconsistent brand quietly inflates your customer acquisition cost

50ms

to form a first visual impression of a brand, before a word is read

In roughly 50 milliseconds, the brain has already decided whether a brand looks credible, premium, professional, or cheap. Typography, colour, spacing, and hierarchy communicate trust before the conscious mind starts reading anything. A strong visual identity isn't decoration, it's the mechanism that earns or loses trust in the first instant of every interaction.

23%

revenue increase for brands with a consistent visual identity versus those without

Brand consistency compounds over time. Every touchpoint sharing the same colour system, typeface, and visual language reinforces recognition. Inconsistency forces every interaction to rebuild trust from scratch. Businesses with scattered branding pay more per conversion and see fewer repeat customers and advocates.

20%

greater acquisition efficiency for businesses with a strong, documented visual identity

Strong brands convert better at every stage of the funnel, not just in advertising. A recognisable, trusted brand earns referrals, word-of-mouth, and content sharing that a visually inconsistent one never generates. The savings on acquisition cost show up across every channel, not just the ones you can directly measure.

3.5×

more brand visibility for companies with documented brand guidelines versus those without

Brand guidelines aren't just for internal reference. Every designer, contractor, supplier, and future hire will use your brand without direction unless a proper document exists. Without one, the brand drifts. With one, every piece of communication, on any channel, by anyone, reinforces the same identity.

71%

of consumers say they're more likely to buy from a brand they recognise on social media

Recognition builds through repetition. Colour, typeface, photography style, and tone appearing consistently across every post builds the familiarity that drives preference. We design brand systems built to hold up across every format, including ones that don't exist yet.

Frequently Asked

Questions people ask us about branding & graphic design

What is the difference between a logo and a brand identity?

A logo is a single mark. A brand identity is the complete visual system, logo, color palette, typography, iconography, photography style, and usage rules. Many businesses have a logo. Fewer have a brand identity consistent enough that any designer can produce on-brand work without guidance. We deliver the complete system.

How long does a full brand identity project take?

From the brand strategy workshop to final guidelines delivery, most projects take 4 to 6 weeks. Larger rebrands for established businesses with more stakeholders take 6 to 10 weeks.

Do we get options or just one concept?

We present three distinct visual directions at concept stage, each grounded in the brief but taking the identity in a different direction. You choose one to develop, and we refine it to the final identity from there.

Do you own the copyright on our logo and designs?

No. Full IP and copyright transfers to you on final payment. You receive all source files, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, and PDF, in every required variation. You can use, modify, or hand the files to any other designer, without restriction.

We already have a brand but it feels inconsistent. Can you help?

Yes. A brand audit and refresh is one of the most common projects we take on. We audit your current brand, identify gaps and inconsistencies, and either formalise what works into a proper guidelines document or recommend a more substantial refresh.

Do you design websites to match our new brand?

Yes. Many clients commission the brand identity and website together as a single project, which ensures every design decision is aligned from the start. We offer a combined brand and web package that is more efficient than running them as separate briefs.
